This sequel begins with Henry being out of jail and homeless, eating at soup kitchens and sleeping at homeless shelters. He then applies for a job at a place that installs outdoor toilets, gets lucky with them being overbooked and understaffed after they just had somebody quit on them. One of the guys he works with then lets him move in with him and his family, just until he gets back on his feet. It then turns out they have a trouble teen aged niece living with them after her mother ran off on her with a new boyfriend. The niece then gets a crush on Henry, wanting to sleep with him, but Henry doesn't want to do that, but she then starts flipping out, saying she will die if she can't stay with him, and starts acting like she has a very bad bipolar disorder kicking in real bad without any control of it at all. She also has bullies approach her, giving her a lot of trouble until her family stops them, and Henry knocks them off of their bikes. They then get a threatening visit from the bullies' parents that eventually escalates to the father and two of his friends catching Henry by himself so they can jump him at once. After that, not only does Henry's killing spree start back up, but he also brings the man who took him in into it, as they both start killing people, along with breaking into houses an businesses to kill an burn the buildings down. There is a lot of great action, staged combat, and artsy gore in this film, along with intense exploding scenes. the characters are also very well developed with a lot of good drama and dialogue. There are also a lot of good intense twists and turns throughout this film, and it is more disturbing than the first one, despite not better. This should still appeal to most who like the first film, along with "Headless Eyes," "Confessions Of A Serial Killer," "3 On A Meathook," and the like.

I remember thinking this was pretty good when I saw it as a kid, but having rewatched it twice as an adult, it sucks. It's slow, boring, and way too long.
