I just looked back at "The Horror Show" about Meat Cleaver Max for the first time since the 1990s, and I found it even more amazing and intense than I remembered it, in my opinion. There are a lot of eye opening shocking scenes from when Max fights the electrocution to where his spirit leaves his body, then when his ghost really starts playing a lot of games with the officer who caught him's head. This is not only a fast paced bloody slasher film from the 1980s but also a good psychological thriller and a good ghost story as well. This is also the third installment of the "House" series. I still remember a lot of people getting confused with the House triple feature; I, II, and IV, not knowing this is the third installment of the series.
