My late grandmother used to tell me how in the 1960's she used to stay up on Friday or Saturday nights, right now I can't remember, which, and see how many of the supernatural and horror programs she could watch. Apparently on TV there was quite a line-up of shows like that to watch late into the night. I apparently have not heard of all this type of programming that existed back then. She said her favorite was quite a strange show that would not tell a single story, but rather it was a show where a camera would zoom in on some macabre or supernatural setting for a while, then it would zoom out and go to another scene from possibly a completely unrelated story. This has fascinated me for years, trying to find out what that show was. Maybe it was a local show. If anyone from that era has any recollection of that show, I'd like to hear about it. Thanks.

Why is this post still under quarantine? I still remember some great shows from the 1950s and 1960s myself.
