Audition is pretty rough. Forgot about this film. It's Japanese, and it's big on torture. Good film. I'll go post a trailer.

Haven't seen that one. Is it all sub titles? I can't really get myself interested in those.

Yeah Superstar, it's sub titled. Not much into those myself, but the Japanese films seem to be OK. So much weird stuff going on, you barely notice that you're reading everything.

The Human Centipede was less scary, more 'What the hell did that guy just do.' All I have to say about it is "feed her!" I've yet to seen Cannibal Holocaust; I'm eagerly anticipating the moment I can, I'm pretty sure, though, that I'll be just a little traumatized afterwards. Just a little from what I've read about it. When I was younger, Silence of the Lambs... The cage and officer scene made me afraid to visit "fancy people houses" as I labeled it then.

I was disappointed in The Human Centipede, thought it would be more graphic. Cannibal Holocaust however, got the job done. Welcome to the forum BTW.

Ah, I do agree with this. A bit of surgery scenes and a near-drowning wasn't enough to fill that hole I had set forth for it. Hopefully the second won't fail those expectations, if it's ever released, that is.
I really need to watch this, man. Here I come, Google!
Thanks!

Cannibal Holocaust was pretty horrific. One of the few films to ever really get to me. I need it in my collection.
The Girl Next Door was another one that traumatized me as well. The movie on it's own was sick, but knowing that this is based on something that actually happened makes it that much more disturbing.

I actually turned it off for a bit. I was damn close to turning it off myself. I honestly don't know how I didn't. My sister is a horror fan and has taste very close to mine and I recommended this to her. She was equally disturbed. This isn't really a horror film, but Eraserhead really scared the hell out of me. Near the end the film just goes insane and it messed with my head.

I'm not going to say that these are the most disturbing scenes, but they're just the two that came to mind. I Spit On Your Grave (1978) - The brutal rape scene. I never jump at horror films, ever. I'm seldom effected by them, because I've watched them for so long and have seen pretty much everything there is to be seen in horror, but this scene is gruesome. It almost makes me want to turn my head. It had such a real feeling to it. What I didn't like about the film was the fact that this was the only scene that they really seemed to care about. As if they made the film just to make the rape scene. The remake was far less gruesome, but very well-made, in my opinion. I prefer it to the original. Cabin Fever (2002) - There will be some spoilers in the next paragraph, in blue. I recommend just skipping that part if you haven't seen the film. The scene where Paul walks into the shed to check on Karen's infection and sees an infected dog eating away at her. The dog focuses on Paul and he kills the dog. Back in the shed, he rolls Karen over to find that the flesh on her face was eaten away by the infection, and possibly the dog, as well. She's staring directly at Paul, breathing heavily. He grabs a shovel, and violently puts her out of her misery.I thought that scene was incredibly original and brilliantly executed. If you haven't seen Cabin Fever, I recommend giving it a shot. It's very original, very entertaining, and Cerena Vincent is never difficult to look at.
