I had forgotten what a blast this movie is. Just great all the way around. Perfect amount of cheesiness to go with the horror. I actually forgot I own this, lol, and watched it today before work. Love this movie!!
Plus, Linnea Quigley is in it. That goes a long way:)

Show this to a group of friends who never saw it before and they loved it. My girlfriend on the other hand did not enjoy it, but then again she isn't a horror fan and has a low gore tolerance.
It really is a great combo of gore and cheesy humor. Part 2 is pretty fun as well, though definitely not as good as this one. Tar Man is one of the best zombies in cinema history. BRAINS!

My wife thinks it's stupid, and she's a horror fan. Not like me, but she'll watch it. I think it's great. Exactly what I would expect from the 80s. Great gore, some cheese, zombies and Linnea Quigley as Trash. What more could you ask for?

The only thing better for me was Mindy Clarke as the zombie girlfriend in part 3. Totally had me going for goth chicks for a while.

Oh, yeah. She was a cutie. Part 3 kinda disappointed me. I just thought it would be more like the first two. Sill better than 4 and 5. Rave To The Grave and...can't remember the other one.

The other one was Necropolis. Never saw Rave To The Grave, but have only heard bad things. Still intend to check it out at some point though.
3 was pretty bad, don't know why they decided to get all dark and serious. I actually enjoyed part 4 though. Not great by any stretch, but an enjoyable time killer.

I think I caught 4 and 5 on SyFy. I should give them a rent to see them uncut and without all the commercials. Even bad horror is good to me most of the time, so I think they'd be OK on DVD.

Oh man, I'm sure they censored it to hell. 4 had a good amount of gore in my opinion. I think it would probably be better received if it wasn't a sequel to ROTLD.

I've put them in my queue to give them a decent watch. I'm sure I'll like them better that the stripped ScyFy versions.

Even if you still hate them, now you will have perfect reason since nothing is held back. I have 5 in my netflix queue, but unfortunately my account is on hold while I look for a new job.

It's horror injected with a nice dose of comedy. One of the few films that gets the balance right,

One of the best dvds ever given to me. The Zombie subtitles are hilarious. A good time of a movie.

Watching Necropolis now. What's with the scenes switching between day and night mid conversation and back again? Does night only fall on half the town?
