The nanny in this case, Yoselyn Ortega, has been indicted on first and second degree murder charges in the deaths of both children.
The motive for the murders still isn't known. Apparently her employers, Kevin and Marina Krim, had asked her to do five more hours of housekeeping a week.
It's been reported that Ortega told police "Marina knows...I was hired to watch the kids not do housework."
