Found this DVD earlier today and just wanted to say what an excellent bunch of Stephen King stories this was converted to TV. Every story in this collection is worth watching, but there are a few standouts.
Crouch End is fantastic, and very close to the story, which is one of my all time favorites. The End of the Whole Mess is a very touching story, and another that is almost as good as the written work it's based on.
Another of my favorites from the series is a story that wasn't even in the book Nightmares and Dreamscapes, but a much earlier book of short stories by King called Night Shift. It's called Battleground and centers around a hitman who is hired to kill the owner of a toy company. Unfortunately for him, the man he's hired to kill has a "number one idea girl", and she wants to see justice done. This one isn't as good on TV as it is in the book, but still good.
Check it out...
