A very good direct to video horror flick by Brian Yuzna. I mean, let's face it, a ton of people are terrified of the dentist, so it only makes sense to have a horror film based on one right?
This movie has some really good effects and a nice slow pace to it. You see Allen have his day get worse and worse until he just cracks and go nuts. It also has Ken Foree and Mark Ruffalo!

I love this movie. Corbin Bernson is excellent in horror movies, he just fits them. And, like you said, this movie plays on what people are already scared of anyway. I even liked the second one, though not as much as this one. I wouldn't mind owning this one.

I loved watching this movie. It was freaky as all hell. Plus I now refuse to go to a dentist that's within walking distance because it is called Corbin Family Dentist. Hell naw, I seen this movie!

Ha ha!! You should tell them that's why you won't go there. Be fun day at the office for them if nothing else, lol.

It truly is a terrifying film. I mean think about it, you trust a guy to numb you up and poke around your mouth with super sharp objects. You're basically helpless at that point. What's scarier than that?

I hated/loved it just for that reason the first time I saw it. It's a great movie. I liked that even my friends who thought horror flicks were all schlock and crap even cringed at this one. That was great.

That scene where he's yanking his wife's teeth out of her mouth makes me cringe. Holy crap was that disturbing.
