Watched them both between late last night and early today. It had been a long time since I had seen those two, and I remember back in the day thinking they were silly and that they had ruined Freddy with all the camp, and glad they were ending the series. Watching them again, they were a total blast. I loved both of them, but I think I loved Dream Child just a little more after seeing them back to back.
Englund is great at playing the campy but still completely menacing Krueger. Great series. Next will be Wes Craven's New Nightmare.

You best be watching Freddy vs Jason after that!

... I am shocked and flabbergasted. Had I known I would have sent you one of my many extra copies I no longer have.

Dream Master was pretty cool, but Dream Child I can't stand. It's just so jumbled up and nonsensical, but worst of all, I find it really boring.

I just love the different ways Freddy kills people. I thought the guy fusing with his motorcycle was great, and Freddy becoming Super Freddy was awesome too. I thought it was a little better than Freddy's Dead, but I liked both of them.

Well, I got the set so I'll run through them all at some point. Maybe my mind will change after seeing it again.
