"WWE have confirmed that legendary wrestling manager Paul Bearer will be inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2014." More here. Good for them. He should have already been in IMO considering how long he's been in the business and how good he was as a manager, whether it was as Bearer or Pringle. Plus, i don't think there's a guy he worked with that would have a bad word to say about him. There's speculation as to who would induct him with many thinking the Undertaker. But, he spent more time in Texas and Florida than in the WWE so some are saying Michael Hayes. Regardless, it will be good to see him inducted, even it if it is posthumously.

It shouldn't be Undertaker, it should be Mark Calaway. One of the very few times he should break character.

If it is Calaway, I think him breaking character would mean more than Hayes inducting Moody. Yeah, he spent a lot of time in Texas and Florida, but what was the most significant part of his career? Managing The Undertaker. To have Calaway come out and break character on a very rare occasion would be the ultimate sign of respect I think. And Moody deserves just that.

I've never heard a single unkind word said about the man, and never once read about him doing something stupid. Moody was beloved by everyone and it still is hard to believe he's gone.
Everyone from the hardcore fan to the random guy on the street knew the character of Paul Bearer. He always found a way to evolve and stay relevant. Even when he left for a long period of time, he came back to a huge reaction. How many managers can you honestly say that about?

Yeah, they should go all out for this guy. Different era, but this is pretty much as big as inducting Bruno was, minus all the fighting.

I would definitely think Moody would be the top guy of next year's class.

He definitely should be. Well, IMO anyway.

It would have to be someone huge going in to top Moody. Perhaps... Undertaker himself going in.

Never even thought of that. Would be a pretty good time to have Undertaker go in, they go in together. That could be freaking epic.
