Italian/American Exorcist rip-off from 1974. Apparently whoever distributes the movie you personally see determines the title of the film. I always saw the box as a kid in the video store and it always said Beyond The Door. Even on Netflix it was Beyond the Door and it said that on the disc as well, but when I watched it the title came up Devil Within Her.
Plus, even though most of the cast was American, or English speaking, the whole movie seemed dubbed. And there were numerous visual references to Campbell's Green Pea soup, I would imagine as a shot at The Exorcist. But it got ridiculous, the young son in the movie was drinking from a can of it with a straw. Posters of it on the wall, then a shot of a lunch being packed with 4 cans of it. It was really weird.
The movie itself was bad, but not Pits of Hell bad. For a blatant rip-off it was tolerable in parts. The budget was low and the acting wasn't great but some scenes were OK. Way full of cheese.
I wouldn't recommend this one to anybody, but if you feel like you must see it, there are worse out there. My wife absolutely hated it, but compared to some of the crap I've seen, I wouldn't say it was awful, but it was far from good.

That does look really cheesy. I won't bother with this one based on what you say, plus possession movies aren't really my thing.
The guy talking at 1:39 looks like the doctor from Zombie. I'm almost sure it's the exact same actor.

Good eye man. His name is Richard Johnson and he was indeed Dr. Menard in Zombie. He's been in an ass load of movies and TV shows and still works on TV today.

The mustache was the key.
