This was like Saw on steroids. Some of it was a little too over the top, but I didn't hate it. Tons of gore and some crazy deaths. I don't know if I liked it or not right now, but it was definitely full of blood. For that alone it gets points.

I personally enjoyed it. It was awkward being the only person in the entire theater watching it though.

I personally enjoyed it. It was awkward being the only person in the entire theater watching it though. That sounds like me and the wife during Slither, lol. I didn't dislike it, but I found myself saying "come on, really??" at points. It was cool as a sequel and it had the gore, so that was a positive thing. Overall I enjoyed it.

Totally understandable. I did like that they closed it off, so there won't be a million sequels like Saw.

I saw this too, although I had to close my eyes during the gory parts. I like a good horror movie but I've never been a fan of gore.

I love the gore, the redder the better. But, I can see people's aversion to it, lol.

I'm not a gorehound like you guys, but I am getting more and more settled with it.

With all the movies we've seen and recommended to each other, that's no surprise.

Still some films I'm wary about watching, but you got me into the theater for 3 films this year, which never happened before. Lost horror film (maybe only horror film) I saw in theaters was Land of the Dead.
OH, WAIT! I saw about 30 minutes of Resident Evil. Then I left the theater and fell asleep on the stairs. Baby steps, right guys?

Nothing wrong with taking it slow. I sure as hell didn't start off watching the most extreme of things, and even still, there is the occasional film that gets to me.
