Got The Beyond from Netflix, wasn't at all impressed. Maybe I didn't get it but aside from the gore scenes...which were pretty good especially considering it was 1981, I didn't like much else about it. I liked Zombie and The Gates of Hell, but this one did nothing for me.
Watching Nosferatu from 1922 now on a channel on the Roku, and I'm loving it. I've seen this one before but it's always a great watch. Count Orlock is scary as hell looking. Great movie.

I'd like to know how it looks on BD. It's almost 100 years old and watching it now it's been amazingly preserved. I'm just curious as to how much better they could make it look. Of course, I've never even seen it on DVD, so it may look a lot better than just HD.

It's not just the quality (and yes, it is an amazing well preserved film), it's all the swag that goes with it on the set. That's what I want.

It does look damn good considering how old it is. Still scarier than most other films that came after it. Movie still gives me the heeby jeebies.
