Saw a similar report of this when I lived in Arkansas. No murder, but a family living in a trailer home would hear strange noises and whispering. Eventually they pulled out an old lady from beneath the home. She had been sneaking into the home when they were gone and listening to their conversations. She was homeless and had some severe mental issues as well.
