This is the first in the crop of new DC movies that have been coming out that I actually want to see. Man of Steel I had no interest in and it disappointed with it being long winded and boring. I have no interest in Batman vs Superman because it felt like they blew their load already this this one. No thank you. But this, this looks fun and ish and I really can't wait to see this. Plus Killer Croc is fakking practical effects! *swoon*
Also, the soundtrack already. Ooof. There are rumors that DC/WB wants this to be their Guardians of the Galaxy. If it's half as good it will be a fun flick.

Probably will be good, but Will Smith? Man, he needs to go away...*gasp*
Just my opinion, but I can't stand him anymore. He can take Tina Fey with him.

Yeah, not a Smith fan either. And I hate the look of the Joker (although Jared Leto is a phenomenal actor, so I'm willing to give this "revamped" Clown Prince of Crime a chance). And I really don't care about many of these lower-tier DC villains (Captain Boomerang? Give me a break).
That said, I think SUICIDE SQUAD looks like a lot of fun. I'm definitely planning to see it in the theater.

I'll agree with you on the Tina Fey thing but I'll always love Will Smith. As for the movie... it's not something I'm itching to see... it's one of those that I'll see in theatres if the boyfriend wants to. (which I'm pretty sure he does) Other than that... eh, it'll be a rental.

I think a lot of the reason I want to see this film is not the characters but the idea of a motley crew of B and C characters thrown together in order to do something good. It's what I loved about the Guardians of the Galaxy (both 2006 comic and movie) and I get that vibe from the trailers I've seen. I'm hoping that this captures the same magic, plus it's got a handful of good actors who aren't stars but good at what they do like Jai Courtney and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. It has the potential to be a hell of a fun movie.

This is one huge mess of an anti-superhero flick. Could have been way better if they tightened the storylines up.
The only two characters I cared to watch were Harley Quinn, obviously since Margot Robbie is Margot Robbie, can't wait for Birds of Prey, and El Diablo. I'd say El Diablo has a better story than Harley Quinn even. At least how it was presented in this movie, 'cause Jared Leto's Joker is one of the worst Jokers put on screen ever. That's just me though. I would have accepted Cesar Romero's Joker instead, to be honest.
I hope James Gunn can do better with his version of The Suicide Squad.

Okay, this was ish. Plain and simple.
The only real good character was Diablo and he fakking died.

Yeah, this film sucked, no 2 ways about it. It's essentially Avengers without the fun, and the fanboys who claimed this was so original just made my head hurt. This movie could and really should have been good, but it just wasn't.
