Time just flies this year, doesn't it? Felt like yesterday we just announced Animated August and we're 4 days from September already! How crazy is that! Well, that means we're on the verge of Sci-Fi-September 2017. I don't know about you, but this is one of the best months of the year, watching a whole bunch of movies with the good people of this board. I look forward to these marathons every year.
Sci-Fi-September is pretty simple. Watch 30 sci-fi movies in 30 days. Preferably one a night, but people have lives, we know that. I'll probably fall behind in the first week. But it won't stop me from completing Sci-Fi-September this year again. And neither will it stop you! So rev up your DVD players, share your Netflix password and load Hulu on your computer, it's MOVIE WATCHING SEASON!
It is movie watching season NDX !! It's here at last!! Animated August got us started off, and now it's time to go all out for the rest of the year. Sci-Fi September is always an awesome time, and the previous years lists have been awesome!! I expect no less this year, you guys can rock it out!! Have fun, and let's get to some sci-fi watching September 1st!!

Started yesterday, and has already consumed my morning...
1) Spectral (2017) 2) Timecrimes (2007) 3) Mars Attacks! (1996)
Spectral was a Netflix exclusive. Timecrimes was in spanish so I had to read subtitles.

Gotta ask for an opinion before I add a film to my list...
Would the new Netflix version of Death Note count as Sci-fi?

1. Metropolis (1927) 2. 1984 (1984) 3. Twilight Zone: The Movie (1983) 4. 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) Still perplexed by this one and I watch it every year.
