"Stan Lee, the legendary writer, editor and publisher of Marvel Comics whose fantabulous but flawed creations made him a real-life superhero to comic book lovers everywhere, has died. He was 95. Lee, who began in the business in 1939 and created or co-created Black Panther, Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Mighty Thor, Iron Man, the Fantastic Four, the Incredible Hulk, Daredevil and Ant-Man, among countless other characters, died early Monday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, a family representative told The Hollywood Reporter." www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/stan-lee-dead-marvel-comics-real-life-superhero-was-95-721450I know I'm not as a big a fan of his work as a lot of folks, but I truly respect what he accomplished and his longevity and the mark he made on the comic and movie industries. His wife of 69 years passed in 2017, so I'm sure the last year was a lonely one for him. Much respect to him and his legacy. RIP and condolences to his family.

There will always be controversy surrounding him when it comes to what he created or not, but he still made an important mark in comics, making it mainstream in his own way. I will miss seeing him have fun in flicks.

I was on my computer before work on the day that Stan Lee passed away so when I saw it made me really sad. I really enjoyed trying to find him in the movies so not being able to do that anymore is going be really sad for me. Stan Lee was a truly amazing man and he will be greatly missed by all the Marvel fans around the world for years to come.
