This is a grindhouse style horror film taking place in the rural California mountains where hidden and secluded marijuana gardens are grown. The marijuana farmers guard their gardens with their lives, killing off all who approach those gardens because those plants are their profits and livelihoods. They are also wanting to avoid or at least reduce the chance of getting busted and shut down. Hikers and campers still go onto those grounds, hoping to score some free weed for themselves, along with those hoping to sell some for their own profits, but the farmers know a lot of slick and creative ways to kill. This is overall well done, keeping interest all the way through, and should appeal to those into the grindhouse style horror films like the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the original Hills Have Eyes, Carnival Of Blood, Curse Of The Headless Horseman, Blood Of Dracula's Castle, Stanley, Ben, the Wrong Turn series, and the like.

Just looked this up. I thought it sounded familiar. I think I've seen this, or parts of it at least. The memory is going, lol. I'll watch it again if I see it on, sounds like my kind of movie.

I think this one has only been released a short time now. I also think you would like this one if given a fair chance. It has a good grindhouse look and vibe to it, and it's overall well done with what they had to go with. The cast and crew also put in a lot of hard work, great dedication, and all of their hearts and souls into it, which is something I like and respect as well.
