This is already on demand, and available on Netflix August 12. This movie sucked that bad? I mean, I knew it wasn't going to light the theaters on fire, but damn. Thought at least some people would be interested in their background and how poorly they were treated after their primes. Though, if I didn't know much about them, the segment they did on Raw certainly wouldn't make me want to see the movie.
My wife is a huge fan of their shows and their real life stuff, so we'll be renting it. Hope it's at least interesting.

It wasn't about their life, it was a modern day telling of their characters and their hijinx.I'm sure it's far from the worst thing ever, but it did look pretty bad.

Really? I was under the impression it was more about them off screen than on?? Now I don't want to see it either.

Nope. If anything, I'm glad I saved you the time.

It's a reboot. They rebooted the Stooges. Has nothing at all to do with the real people. It's going to be horrible just for that alone.

That sucks because there is a lot of behind the scenes stuff and just stories of how bad they were treated that I wanted more info on. Someone needs to do a documentary on these guys.
Oh well, the wife still wants to see it, so it stays in the queue.

It's gonna be brutal. Hard enough to take when my wife finds a Stooges marathon of the real guys, was never really a fan of that kind of stuff. Now a movie with these guys, the only one I recognize is Sasso. Whoever is playing Moe needs to die.

I grew up on them so I have a lot of love for the Stooges. I know my Mom used to really hate when me, my Dad and sister would marathon it lol.

I can watch them, just not big on them. My wife would watch them all day if she could.

Three Stooges always seemed too... stupid.... Not funny, I like more clever, sarcastic humor.

I think that's why I never really got into them, even though they were huge in their day. A lot of times they got hurt doing the show, and they made next to nothing.
I was just interested on more of their back story, not them acting just like they did back then, only in a modern time. Like I say, the wife is a huge fan, so I'll watch it with her. But, I'm not happy about it.

I watched this one last night and I have to say, for the most part I found it enjoyable. The guys did pretty decent impressions, and they even used the Stooges theme and old timey sound effects. I'm a big fan of slapstick comedy, so this did the trick for me. Plus, it was fun to see Moe slap around the cast of Jersey Shore.
