I feel like watching something really scary! What's the scariest movie that YOU have ever seen? The scariest one I've seen is Carrie or The Strangers. They are both freaky!

The Exorcist is always a good watch. One of my all time favorites is Re-Animator. Hard to say what is the scariest I've ever seen. I've seen so many over the years, it's hard for me to get actually scared anymore, which kinda sucks.
One that I saw on On Demand that freaked me out some was The Abandoned. I liked that a lot.

The Descent was a good movie. The wife and I actually saw that in the theater when it came out. Really liked it.

cool :D
yeah, like if the movie took place in a house or a forest it wouldn't be half as scary, but they were in a cave. I think that really made the movie.

hmmm scary films...... scary as in suspenful makes u jump outta your pants, or grim and gory, tons of blood scary???
I think whats scary depends on what freaks you out as an individual. personally I love films such as saw even if you have to look away sometimes because they are pretty gruesome! but I dont think its scary as in it makes me frightened, they just gross me out. I find films where things could actually happen scary, like 'The Strangers' . Something like that could actually happen. Giant aliens, zombies, monsters etc etc dont scare me even if they are evil. Because the films are nt realistic.

I think the last movie that scared me, really scared me, was the original Nightmare on Elm Street. I was just a youngster at the time, and I'm sure that played a part in it. I had never seen anything like Freddy at that point, lol.
But The Exorcist still freaks me out. And, like you said Queen F, anything that could actually happen is scary. The Strangers disturbed me the first time I saw it, just for the sheer brutality and the fact that it could happen to anyone.

Evil Dead I couldn’t sleep for almost 3 days alone Evil Dead is another favorite of mine. I love the whole series actually, but the first one was the best for the scare factor.

I would suggest saw and Descent as the scariest movies I have ever watched.

I still cant decide on what I find 'scary'. Horror films by there very nature are scary, but they can affect u in different ways. e.g, make u feel sick because they are disgusting to watch, freak u out because they get into ur subconcious, or disturb you through their sheer awfulness. hmmmm will think......

Scary to me, is any situation I can't find a way to control, or at least help control. That's why I like the zombie stuff so much.
Most of it is a mass outbreak, and the ones left normal are the minority. Love that kind of stuff cause I always get thinking about what if it really happened.
All the tough guys would probably piss themselves, and it would be the video game/movie addicts that would save the day/us/world...lol.
I would probably pee a little, then try to kick some ass. I bet I'd beat any zombie in a 40 yard dash. I was great at track.
