Superman: The Movie Special Edition
This film gave me goosebumps several times. For a film from '78 it looked really good. I need a bluray of this. And I'd being lying if I didn't have tears in my eyes more than once on this nostalgia trip.
Superman 2
Doesn't hold up like it used to, but still a good movie. Used to like it more than the first when I was a kid. Like the first one more now. Still find Stamp great as Zod.
I think I'm gonna give Man of Steel another go. Really didn't like that film, which sucks because I like Cavill as Clark and Superman. Won't be giving Batman vs Superman another shot, though.
I think if MoS channeled some of the first films' heart and soul and less of the wanton violence I think it could have been a great film.

Just hearing the theme for the first time gives me goosebumps, lol. I saw 2 and 3 for sure, not sure after that. I know none of the newer ones. Maybe I'll give one a try. Ice Station Zebra, a cold war movie in the artic double chilly.
I've never seen that one, if I see it on somewhere, I'll check it out.

Did a marathon of the Before Trilogy (Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, Before Midnight) with my girlfriend the other day. She had never seen them, and I hadn't yet seen the last film. Really nice to see the progression of the characters over time. I enjoyed it a lot.

I've been in a Mel Brooks mood as of late. So I had to watch Blazing Saddles and The History Of The World Part I. I still wonder how he got away with half of the ish he did making these movies.
