Samaritan
Stallone was good in this. And while the twist was obvious from the opening credits it was still well handled.
Felt like a film from the late 80s in looks and vibe. Almost thought it took place then too until the cell phones finally came out halfway through the flick.

With working a lot of long weeks with only one day off, if even that, I have been able to take a few trips back in time to the 1980s when on down time. Two of which are looking back at the British sci-fi/fantasy films from the early '80s, "Time Bandits" and "Krull," which are always both awesome and fun to look back at. I also got to look back at "Tron" for the first time since the early '80s, which really felt like a fun trip back in time. It is even more amazing than I remembered it, and it was definitely very ahead of its time, if you look back at how times were back then, and all that has happened since then. It definitely holds up a lot better than a lot of other movies from even after that time period.

Violent Night
This will make the yearly rotation once I own a copy of it.

Under Siege 2: Dark Territory. One of the last decent films in Seagal's filmography

Infinity Pool - Like father, like son. Brandon Cronenberg made a real mind f--- of a film. Highly recommend

Strange World
I got a Raya vibe from the start of it, and that wasn't a good thing, but about halfway through it really picked up and I enjoyed it in the end.

White Elephant (2022)
This was okay. Watched it for Michael Rooker even though I swore off Bruce Willis films made after 2018. Feel so bad for him.

I just recently took a trip back in time to the 1980s with "The Last Starfighter," "Battlestar Galactica," and "Dune," seeing those for the first time since back then. They actually turned out to be even more amazing than I remembered them, and I am glad I got to see those again. They are overall great timeless classics and major treats for the sci-fi fans. Those into "Star Wars," "Star Trek," and the like should definitely give those a look some time.

Half of Escape from Cell Block 13. Somehow I got 48 minutes into and it was trash. What I remember of it at least.
Not Charles Bronson is complete ish at his job.

"30 Girls 30 Days" is a feature length R-rated comedy with similar humor to "American Pie," "Porky's," and the like about a young adult virgin needing a quarter of a million dollars to save his parents' mortgage to save them from losing the house. He then gets selected by two rich gambling playboys to enter a quarter of a million dollar bet on whether he can score with 30 girls in 30 days or not. This film's editing is not the best, but it is distributed by Troma, the Kings Of B-Movies, and it is funny and entertaining for those into that sort of film. It also has some funny memorable moments like when the virgin accidentally gets caught with a blow up doll by both his parents and grandparents, who were only intending on surprising him for his birthday, only to also have a next door neighbor suddenly walk in with a friend of her's unexpectedly, a casino's roulette dealer saying, "Player wins! Player wins again!" in a zany catchy way with a humorous "My boss is going to fire me for this" look on his face, the virgin hiding under the bed from a girl's husband only to find one of the two rich playboys hiding under there with him, a glory hole girl turning out to be a drag queen, the virgin using dumb pick up lines, and the list could go on. Despite not being great, it is definitely funny and entertaining, and it keeps interest. tubitv.com/movies/693353?utm_source=justwatch-feed&tracking=justwatch-feed

Piranha 1972
There was nothing scifi about this, Mill Creek!
It was on the Nightmare Worlds set, which was combined with the Sci-Fi Classics set to make a 100 film collection, so it seems a lot of horror got mixed in, like Blood Lust as well.
Oh, and it was not good. I oddly enjoyed the first half, but the second, no.
